We provide patient transport services for the ambulance service. Based in Skipton we are looking for some new members to join our friendly team.
You need a full driving licence, preferably a first aid at work certificate (3-day), be over 21 for insurance purposes. Ideally some experience of driving larger vehicles.
The work involves moving and handling of patients from their own homes or places of care to attend hospital or care appointments and back again.
You will work as part of a 2-person team, 1person driving and 1 person attending to the patient. Patients may be walking, require some assistance or they may be stretcher patients.
Starting salary - minimum wage, rising at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
Part time, full time, various shifts
